Is the Covid-19 pandemic affecting the Gathering?

The Gathering is postponed. New dates are April 18th – 21st, 2021

We are currently monitoring the guidelines on safety and social distancing and reviewing our situation daily.

Our intention is that we will be able to proceed as intended.

If you would like to attend the Firewalk Gathering, please book your place early as places continue to fill up. If at some point we make the decision that the Firewalk Gathering is no longer viable due to restrictions on gatherings or international travel, we will reschedule the event. If this happens, you will be eligible to transfer to the revised dates at no additional cost, or receive a full refund.

We feel at this time, the Firewalk Gathering is needed more than ever. We are, of course, following the guidelines set out by the authorities and review our position daily during these uncertain times, as the safety of our delegates & participants is paramount.

What is the deadline for registration?

Do I need to be a Firewalk Instructor?

No, the Firewalk Gathering is open to everyone interested in Firewalking and who has firewalking experience, unless accompanied by an instructor or master. Of course, it has been put together for Firewalk Instructors and masters, but anyone can attend. When you complete the Registration Form you will be asked to advise on your level of Firewalk Qualification or experience.

Is accommodation included?

Yes. Accommodation is included in the ticket price.

Do I have to attend all the talks and workshops?

We understand that not everything will be of interest to everyone so you are welcome to relax, network with other attendees or go exploring the beautiful countryside.

I will be flying in. How do I get from the airport to the Firewalk Gathering?

Transfers will be arranged from Madrid airport to venue. Further information will follow.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

In the event that you need to cancel your booking, please contact us immediately. In the event that we are able to re-sell your place, we will refund any monies paid less a small admin fee. At the discretion of the organisers, we may allow you to reassign your ticket to another person at no cost to the organisers.

I need a special diet. Can this be accommodated?

We will do out very best to accommodate all diets. Please contact us using the form below and we can discuss your needs.

When does the event start and finish?

You may arrive at the venue from midday on 12 November. We are offering pick ups from Madrid Airport to ensure where possible everyone is ready for the opening session at 3pm on the first day.

The closing ceremony will conclude at midday on November 15 at which point we can assist with transfers to Madrid Airport.
